DSC for CBSE Schools

Class-3 (B) for Organization is the type of Digital Signature required by school principal / head master.

1. On this link, fill the principal name as "Name of applicant", and school name as the "name of Organization".
2. Choose validity period, token, and complete the payment
3. Open the e-mail received to complete e-KYC
4. Complete Video verification
5. Download Digital Signature and store it on the USB cryptographic token

For private schools eKYC, the applicant needs to upload scanned copies of below documents:

1. Photo of applicant
2. Scanned copy of Applicant's PAN or Aadhar
3. Proof of principal/head of school.(School ID card)
4. Registration certificate( recognized by CBSE or government body)
5. Bank Statement
6. Authority letter signed by the reporting authority of the school (Secretary, or Correspondent, or Zonal officer of education). Letter must be printed on school letter-head.
7. Authorizing person sign ID required

In Video, the applicant must clearly show Applicant's PAN or Aadhaar, and the Authority Letter

Applicant needs to upload scanned copies of below documents:

1. Photo of applicant
2. Scanned copy of Applicant's PAN or Aadhar
3. Proof of principal/head of school.(School ID card)
4. Registration certificate( recognized by CBSE or government body)
5. Trust Bank Statement
6. Trust deed (Relation of school with trust should be mentioned)
7. Trust PAN card
8. Authority letter signed by the listed trust members. Letter must be printed on letter-head.
9. Authorizing person sign ID required

In Video, the applicant must clearly show Applicant's PAN or Aadhaar, and the Authority Letter
