Shipping & Delivery Policy

For domestic buyers, USB eTokens are shipped through registered domestic courier companies (private).

Upon successful processing of DSC Application, Orders (USB Token) are shipped within one working day. Courier tracking number will be provided to applicants.

Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per Aadhar or the address proof document.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. Extra fee payable for international shipments.

Sri Mookambika Consulting is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the DSC eToken to the courier company or postal authorities within 1 working day from the date of issuance of Digital Signature Certificate or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
